A: The program is designed for students entering Grade 11 or 12 in September 2026. This group is most engaged with post-secondary preparation, and it's the perfect time to develop self-knowledge, collaboration and communication skills.

A: The program runs November 14-15th, 2026 (Saturday and Sunday), from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM each day.

A: B Street Arts Hub, 1100 Bathurst Street (Bathurst & Dupont)

A: $300 as a charitable donation to our partnering arts organization, PAIS. The organization will provide a tax receipt for the donation.

A: We strongly recommend attending both days. The modules build on each other, and the continuity is important for the full impact. However, reach out if you have specific circumstances—we may be able to discuss options.

A: The program runs the full hours both days. If your student has a conflict, please contact us to discuss.

A: Up to 25 students per cohort. This size allows everyone to be known and supported while still creating a diverse group to learn from.

A: Pencil and paper for note-taking and activities. A digital device (phone or laptop) with internet access. Lunch (not provided by the program)

A: Yes. Students develop the self-knowledge, authentic leadership, and storytelling skills that universities and colleges look for in supplementary applications and interviews. A draft video application is one concrete deliverable.

But the skills go far beyond admissions. Students who understand their values, can tell their story and know their leadership style navigate every transition—career changes, relationship challenges, unexpected opportunities—with confidence and clarity.

A: This program works for all students. Whether they've already decided on their path or are still exploring, students benefit from understanding their values, strengths, and leadership style. These insights help them make intentional choices and feel more confident in their decisions.

A: No. Students at any stage of their decision-making process benefit from The Tessarray Project. Some students arrive knowing exactly what they want to do next and discover they want something different. Others arrive uncertain and become more confident in their choice. Understanding yourself is valuable either way.

A: Our location is at B Street Arts Hub, 1100 Bathurst at Dupont.  Street parking is available in the area. The parking lot directly behind B Street Arts Hub on the south side of Dupont can be used for pickups and drop-offs.  The location is also accessible by public transit (TTC).

A: Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible. Please let us know if you have specific accessibility needs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
